Terms of Use

Last updated July 3, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Clutchmark. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; when we make a material change we will take reasonable steps to let you know, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Your content and your account

You keep ownership of the animal records, photos, and other content you add. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for keeping your account details secure. Free and paid plans include different capacity limits, described on our pricing page.

3. Storage, inactivity, and retention

Clutchmark is a sale-packet and expo tool, not a permanent archive. To keep the service sustainable, we reserve the right to:

  • define when an account or its content is considered inactive or dormant;
  • set and change storage limits, record limits, image limits, and content-retention windows across plans;
  • archive, restrict, or remove content associated with inactive, abandoned, over-limit, or terminated accounts.

Where any such change would remove or restrict access to content you have published, we will give you reasonable advance notice and, where practical, a chance to export it, download it, or bring the account back within its plan limits first.

4. Records for animals you have sold

When you transfer or sell an animal through Clutchmark, its ownership record and packet move to the new owner and remain available to them. The retention rights described above apply to your own unsold content. They do not let us quietly break a packet or QR code that a buyer now relies on for an animal they own.

5. Changes and contact

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. If you have questions about these terms, reach out through the support channel listed in your account.
